Ofcom has today published its annual report on all restricted service 
licences (RSLs) issued during 2007.

In addition, Ofcom has also published new versions of application forms 
for short-term and long-term RSLs, as well as the Notes for Applicants, 
which contains some minor amendments and revisions.
