Hi, the feedback so far on this is very promising.

Perhaps the community media association could offer the web space and web 
interface for this.

May need some form of user/password rights to stop unwanted stuff being 
uploaded and also to monitor the downloads.

An added bonus would be the ability to preview audio before download and 
also the addition of a brief description about the audio contents and who 
provided the material.
