Joomla! (don't forget that essential exclamation mark) is a great CMS as
is Mambo.

And as Tom says, Drupal is an excellent platform as well.

The advantage of using open source content management systems with an
active user/developer community means that you are not tied to only one
supplier for support and development - you can take your business
wherever you choose.
