[cma-l] Ofcom publishes list of RSL applications for Ramadan 2008

Ofcom today published a list of applications received for radio
restricted service licences (RSLs) during Ramadan 2008. Ofcom will no
longer accept applications for RSLs in the areas named in the list,
though there is still an opportunity to apply for an RSL for Ramadan in
other areas.

Ofcom will assess these applications in early 2008. In areas where more
than one application has been received, Ofcom will hold a draw to decide
the winning applicant. Applicants in these areas will be contacted by
Ofcom prior to the draws taking place.
