long as you purchase it via the CMA's Amazon store!

you're looking for in the search box in the top right-hand corner...
Don't forget to select a category for your search from the drop down
menu (i.e, All Music).

After hitting the 'go' button Amazon will return a list of results for
you to choose from. Browse through the results until you find what
you're looking for and if you decide to purchase it up to 10% of the
selling price will be donated to the CMA.
