Ofcom has today published new guidance for broadcasters on the
participation of young people in programmes.
The guidance follows research by Ofcom and supports the existing
Broadcasting Code rules in this area. It sets out recommendations for
broadcasters to assist them in complying with the Code rules on under
eighteens.
