Have you looked at Eclipse Internet? Reliable and the cost isn't too bad.
Make sure you're hardware is also up to scratch, buy something as commercial
as you can afford.

Of the stations broadcasting online, which broadband provider do you use to
get your audio to the CMA, I am conscious that streaming 24/7 may break fair
usage policy of some providers and would appreciate your
experiences/recommendations on this.
