LIVE WIRELESS BROADCAST FROM BLACK HISTORY MONTH OPEN DAY

209radio once again embraces new technology to push community channels
wider and further in Cambridge!

In the first of a series of 3G-enabled, totally wireless internet
broadcasts Revelation Time on 209 will be broadcast live from Cambridge
City Council's Black History Month Open Day at the Meadows Community
Centre, Kings Hedges, Cambridge on Sunday 2nd October 2005 2-4pm. 

Aimed at young people and families the day features singing, culture,
heritage, food, education and business

Expect interviews with the organisers and delegates to be mixed through
the usual Revelation serving of Sunday Best reggae, ska and dub.

Revelation 2000 are a volunteer based Reggae music collective organising
family gatherings and providing opportunities for young people in the
music business

209radio are the aspirant community radio station for Cambridge city
awaiting their decision from OFCOM for a 5 year community radio licence
