VOTING BY PROXY
Annual General Meeting (14.00 - 16.00)

Have you sent your proxy form?

In the CMA Council Elections an organisation can only vote by proxy  
and must therefore nominate someone to vote on its behalf at the AGM.

This must be in writing and must reach the CMA Secretariat by 12.00  
noon on Wednesday 2 November 2005. An individual not attending the  
AGM can appoint someone to vote on his or her behalf. This must also  
bw submitted in writing to the CMA Secretariat by 12.00 noon on  
Wednesday 2 November 2005. People who attend the AGM can only carry  
one proxy whether it be for an individual or an organisation.

Nominations must be in writing and should have a proposer and  
seconder who must also be members of the CMA. There are eight places  
for election this year to serve a two-year term on the CMA Council.
