[comtv-l] Second Light from First Light Movies

First Light Movies have opened a new scheme called Second Light. This
scheme will provide funding up to £70,000 to three film making
organisations to provide training, work placements and a mentor scheme
for young BME film makers.

The deadline for applications is Friday 19 June.
