[comtv-l] Ofcom publishes annual report on Public Service Broadcasting

Ofcom has published its annual report on Public Service Broadcasting
(PSB). The report measures investment in PSB programmes, the number of
hours of programming broadcast and watched, and viewers’ opinions on
PSB delivery.
