The 12th annual conference of TV from the Nations and Regions and takes 
place at the Filmworks in Manchester on the 12th November 04. This year 
features a special session on the future of local channels , it is 
chaired by Philip Reevell, and features Gary Porter form Ch9 in 
Londonderry, Mark Dodson of Channel M in Manchester, Jacques de Souxe 
form Toronto City TV and Andy Griffee ( BBC director of English 
Regions) . It will focus on the future of local broadcasting in the 
context of the Ofcom review and digital.
