[Community Television] BBC plans local TV news across 60 UK localities

Marvellous news to see the BBC's Charter Renewal plans outlined in
Michael Grade's / Mark Thompson's press conference today including the
long-awaited commitment to 'truly local' TV news delivery, by using both
DTT spectrum and broadband across some 60 cities and towns in the UK.
The full document, 'Building Public Value' will outline this in wider
BBC context and will be available online soon....
