Dear Community Media enthusiast,

 

In recent months we have completed a major feasibility study for the
City of Leeds, examining the potential for a city-based community media
service. This was a substantial and thorough research exercise,
analysing a broad array of issues, including financial and technological

Notwithstanding obstacles presented by the cable companies and the
absence of legislated must-carry rules, we believe there are alternative
models for establishing community media services:

 

We are a small London and Newcastle based media and media-finance
consultancy and we work widely within all audio-visual areas both in the
UK and Europe. We are interested in considering further research
projects in this arena, or discussing the preparation of feasibility
studies or business plans for UK and European community media groups.
