Hi

Please could anyone advise about what training I might look to offer as a community radio - what are people offering and how are you delivering it?

I have looked at grouping the training together as:
In house informal training
Radio training
Non radio training

But obviously there I still a huge scope and I wondered what were the most effective things I offer
