The University of Bedfordshire is advertising for a  Community Radio
Station Co-ordinator for Radio LaB, our on site community radio
station.

Location: Based at Park Square, Luton UK
Salary: £38,522 per annum
Hours: Full time
Type: Non-academic
Contract: Permanent

Interview Date: 04/12/2013

The Community Radio station coordinator will take responsibility for
managing Radio LaB 97.1fm, the community radio station which has its
studio in the University (http://www.beds.ac.uk/radiolab).

Under its licence the station must engage audiences of young people
(11-18yrs), students and young professionals (18-28yr olds), and the
55+ group.

The station co-ordinator will have enthusiasm, dynamism and be a
champion of the station within the community and University. He/she
will be an excellent communicator, have a flair for teaching and
experience of the budgeting, technical oversight and management of a
community radio station.
