[comradio-l] Radio Licensing: Ramadan in 2010

Ofcom has announced that applications for short-term radio restricted
service licences (S-RSLs) during the period of Ramadan in 2010 can be
submitted  between Friday 7 August and Thursday 3 September 2009 at
17:00.
