Queen sends Lord Lieutenant to Present Award for Innovation

HRH Queen Elizabeth Second sent Hugh Wyatt, Lord Lieutenant for West
Sussex to Brooklands Barn in Haywards Heath on Friday to present
Broadcast Bionics the Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the category of
Innovation. Joining Mr Wyatt were Lord Young, and Councillor and Mrs
Edward King. Received on behalf of Broadcast Bionics by Dan McQuillin,
Managing Director, in front of an audience of staff, clients, family and
friends he commented:

“For Broadcast Bionics, receiving the Queen’s Award was a great honour.
Sharing the occasion with our customers and suppliers was a great
opportunity to publicly thank them for all their help and support.”

After the presentation, guests enjoyed a champagne and canapé reception
followed by a barbeque and afternoon entertainments including laser clay
pigeon shooting, welly wanging, and computer games on giant screens.
Dan, along with Broadcast Bionics staff members Adam Wylde and Simon
Brand will attend a formal reception hosted by Her Majesty the Queen on
Tuesday 12th July at Buckingham Palace.
