[Community Radio] Four more Community Radio Station licence awards

Four more Community Radio Station licence awards were announced this morning
by Ofcom. Angel Radio (Havant) were awarded the licence for Solent, Cross
Rhythms City Radio were awarded a licence for Stoke on Trent, GTFM for
Pontypridd and AfanFM for Neath and Port Talbot. Full details can be found

Each service will be licensed on FM for a five year period.
