In April this year, OFCOM completed consultation on the Community Radio 
licensing arrangements.  The first of these will be awarded shortly.  
What difference will this make in the next couple of years?  Thames 
Gateway Creative Skills Partnership in association with Sound Radio 
invites you to discuss some of these questions.
