The latter is a "small commercial" service which is not on DAB yet. Honest! It is a separate company which originally run the local commercial service but was taken over by Global (100%) but not absorbed into Global plc. And the operator can't have shareholders if it is to be a Company Limited by Guarantee to make it a not-for -profit company.
