<div>Why do you say ".... lock up the FM band for the next 20 years"?<br clear="none">There's plenty of unused capacity - it just needs Ofcom to be a little more realistic in its "clearance" procedures - and also of course get rid of the illegal broadcasters who are actually doing a great deal of this "locking".</div>
