<div>Off-Air Director Matthew Eaves (37) said "This is a big moment for our volunteers who have worked very hard these past three years to bring local radio home to Chelmsford. <span style="font-size:10pt">Launching on FM is the latest phase of our five year plan for the station; the next phases include the refit of our studios, building our fundraising Coffee Shop </span><span style="font-size:10pt">into a Community Hub, setting up Radio Centres in local schools, launching our new website and app plus the launch of our second radio channel, CCR2."</span></div>
