<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">INRIX may be better able to answer this but from what I know about their service is that CR stations are fitted into the areas of the bigger stations they service, so the fee may reflect the areas you cover and
whether they need to do extra work to collate the data. I’d also echo the advice that lifting any data from a website that doesn’t grant you a licence to do so is a breach of their copyright, this also applies to lifting weather from the Met Office. We’ve
been using the TomTom service for a few years, but I seem to recall they’ve stopped adding clients?<o:p></o:p></span></p>
