<p>As Catie says, as she was involved in the process, we were very careful to put this in writing with the station in question. The equipment in which we specifically retain title was left in their hands to give them the opportunity to raise the money to pay
for it. <span style="font-size: 12pt;">That has not been done and we are recovering our property which has been formally listed and costed and notified to all those who would appear to have an interest and also to Ofcom for information.</span><br>
<span style="font-size: 12pt;">We had difficulty before with unpaid equipment at the closure of AfanFM/XS Wales where the Local Authority tried to impose a CIC Asset Lock, but we were able to show that as the </span>equipment<span style="font-size: 12pt;"> had
not been paid for in full it was not an asset of the station nor of its operating Company or its Board.</span></p>

<div>The equipment remains the property of the supplier until the debt is paid in full. That's in UK law and normally stated on any sort of correspondence that has offered or allowed a delay in payment.
