year end always results in = not a Pot to pee in. What don’t they
understand about this ? working out the arithmetic of how many pennies a
contra deal with the local Milkman equates to, is a farce.<u></u><u></u></span></font></p>

topic of PPL/PRS came up in relation to Community Radio ……..we were
led to believe that there was a flat rate fee for Community Radio. This then
conveniently got lost in dispatches and it turned into a ‘minimum fee’
+ a gobbledy gook report and extra tickles £££ on an NBR which as you know is completely
different to a flat rate fee.<u></u><u></u></span></font></p>
