</head><body><p>Also if you want to make doubly sure in case the man from PRS happens to wander by, make it clear that the reception area is not a public place, by putting up a discreet notice that says something to the effect "Private premises, no admission except on business with  <em>XYZ FM</em> or <em>ABC Other Co</em>." You could also put another discreet notice on the radio saying, "Property of <em>XYZ FM</em>. Strictly for technical use, not for general listening".
