When they told PPL that as they couldn’t afford the licence they would stop playing the music, PPL hit them with a demand for over £60 in administrative fees (for not taking out a licence they didn’t want in the first place!). <o:p></o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'><o:p> </o:p></span></p><p class=MsoNormal><span style='font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Calibri",sans-serif;color:#1F497D;mso-fareast-language:EN-US'>PPL’s record label members will lose out of course because the idea of playing the music is to encourage people to but the CDs, which are on sale.
