we playing ……. Whether we get £200 quid from the Local Solicitor or
have a barter and contra deal with the Local Milkman is irrelevant and
furthermore is none of their business !<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

2. About 20 years ago I seem to remember PRS or PPL (or both) would waive their
fee for genuine not-for-profit stations undertaking RSL broadcasts. Why
can't PRS and PPL do the same today for the community radio sector? The
amount of money raised is negligible. Based on information in the public
domain, I estimate that the whole of the <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place
w:st="on">UK</st1:place></st1:country-region>'s community radio sector
contributes 0.02% of PRS's total income. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
