<DIV>Dear all,<BR></DIV>I wonder if anyone in the CMA world is up to date on how to address the back-to-work schemes which apparently oblige people to work in Poundland and such like; and prevent them accordingly from volunteering at our radio station.<BR></DIV>Several volunteers here are distressed that instead of being able to offeri us their services, they are being forced to take more or less unpaid work elsewhere.
