feature on Pirate Radio in London. It focused on security on high tower blocks,
and also intimidation from pirates and the physical dangers of their equipment
in ventilation shafts etc. Haringey says it alone has spent £250k on improving
security because of pirate broadcasters.</FONT></DIV>
