We offered to host the reporter at our studios in Bradford when we heard that they were going to make the appointment. We saw it as a way of us all potentially benefitting from this extra resource and enhance our practical working together with BBC. Its early days yet to honestly say how this is working out as the first appointee resigned and we are currently awaiting the next candidate. But hopefully this could be a model for other stations to look at . <br><br><br><div>Mary Dowson</div><div>BCB Director</div></div><div><br>On 7 Sep 2015, at 08:33, David Duffy <<a href="mailto:david@theradiopeople.co.uk">david@theradiopeople.co.uk</a>> wrote:<br><br></div><blockquote type="cite"><div><meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html charset=utf-8"><div style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 0.8em; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" class="">Dear All,</div><div style="margin: 0px; padding: 0px 0px 0.8em; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 16px; line-height: 23px; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" class="">The BBC’s Lord Hall is about to make the first of four speeches outlining the BBC’s future.
