</head><body><p>The S1 mixer has trim pots of up to 12dB gain on each channel, so the -10dB level of domestic gear shouldn't be a problem if it were plugged straight in to mixer channels. Not sure that the external monitor inputs do though. </p><p>Usually in practice it's not critical to do anything elaborate, but if I were properly converting the outputs, I wouldn't use the Canford stick-ons - they are a daft price, costing more than the cheaper tuners! </p><p><br></p><p>One of the most cost effective options is to get a Behringer 4-channel compressor (with the defeat switches on) - they have balanced and unblanced in on each channel and full level balanced outputs, for half the price of a simple two-channel 'stick-on' convertor!
