present basically as safety cover should anything happen like a first aid

Ofcom permits under-15s to be responsible for output (ie they must be production

Radio</DIV>
<DIV><BR></DIV>Does anyone else have under 18s on their station and if so how
do you go about managing them as minors? Do they broadcast live? Are they
supervised? The reason I ask is we're looking to open our doors to under 18s
on a more permanent basis.<BR>

<DIV><BR>We currently offer something called The Youth Academy (<A

target=_blank>www.theyouthacademy.org.uk</A>) - I spoke to few of you about
this in Melton Mowbray - and at present the main progression route after
completing our workshops/course is being able to present on a regular
youth-led show, however now I'm looking to increase the scope and cater to
young people who want to get more involved more often.</DIV>

from young people looking for work experience.</DIV>
