Volunteers simply cannot build an audience nor have the loyalty or drive to get you that show your station needs to get revenue. <div>I’d much rather be in the position to pay key presenters (breakfast &
drive), rather than ask them for a contribution! I guess
it boils down to the ethos of your station. Quality presenters will
hold on to, and build an audience which appeals to advertisers.
Asian Star have always worked that model and they have been very
successful. They also taught me how to run a station .... which I am
now applying at Wycombe Sound. Thanks Ray Cee! </div>
