<div dir="ltr">The Ideal Candidate<br><br>A passion for radio and a love of music - whatever kind you're into is what we are looking for.<br><br>Whether you're a massive Radio 1 and 1Xtra or more of an occasional listener you need to have an awareness of Radio 1 and/ or 1Xtra’s output and it's presenters.<br><br>You need to be interested in popular culture and what young people are doing where you live.<br><br>You’ll need to have creative ideas about how digital and social media can be incorporated into our radio broadcasts.<br><br>All applicants need to have good IT and internet skills.
