    That&#39;s always been the problem that KCR had - along with others,
    until October 2014 we were a Community evenings only Opt-Out from
    commercial MFR using their frequency in our area.<br>

    Day time, you drive across the North of Scotland and stay on MFR
    just like Radio 2 does. Evenings and as you drove, the content
    changed as your radio thought that we were all MFR.<br>
    <br>
    Of course, our largest population centre, Elgin, had to be right on
    the border between 97.4 &amp; 102.8, so radios constantly switched
    back &amp; forth between MFR in Inverness and us.<br>

    MFR have been very good to us, but Oh the joy of our own frequency
    and the disappearance of this problem!!<br>
