The training course was funded by a grant from Quartet Community Foundation Bristol. The photo taken when the group visited Radio1Xtra and interviewed presenter Adele Roberts there as well as other role models from presenters and producers who originally
started out with Fem Fm in 1992.<br>
The women also have local radio mentors to help them progress in radio in the future<br>
