                Vintage Radio was conceived in August 2008 as a
volunteer-based, part-time radio station, catering for a mature
audience. The base concept was to learn, contribute, enjoy and
entertain. April 2010 saw the start of a seven days a week Internet
presence, broadcasting from the Wirral YMCA in Birkenhead.<br><br>Use
of cloud-based file transfer, and
remote desktops, are key
for this Internet broadcast station to operate on a low budget and
develop innovative "green" approaches to operational challenges.<br><br>Lecture location is <b>Wirral YMCA, 56 Whetstone Lane Birkenhead CH41 2TJ</b>. <br><br>Date is<b> Tuesday 4th February</b>. The lecture starts at 6.30pm with a buffet at 6pm.<br>
