<div dir="ltr"><div style id="stcpDiv"><p>The
UK Cultural Contact Point at Visiting Arts will present a series of
seminars about the Creative Europe programme which supports
collaborative and partnership initiatives of the cultural and creative
sectors that comes in to effect in 2014. Join to find out about this
upcoming EU funding opportunity for arts, cultural, heritage and
creative projects, including “cooperation projects” and anticipated
funding strand details and eligibility. Discussion will focus on how to develop
applications, how to build a good project, as well as tips on finding
partners across Europe, with opportunities for participants to have
their questions answered.</p>
<p>Creative Europe begins in 2014, although calls for application are
expected later this year. The seminars will help interested
organisations prepare for applications, even though the programme hasn’t
been finalised. Some elements of the current programme will be carried
over for Creative Europe: Cooperation projects will still form a major
part of the programme and literary translation will also be included.
There will be an additional focus on capacity building, audience
development and projects supporting the reinforcement of the cultural
and creative sectors through new ways of working.</p>
