<p style="margin:0cm 0cm 0pt;line-height:150%"><span style="color:blue;line-height:150%;font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif";font-size:10pt" lang="EN-US">By this we offer media professionals - journalists, media trainers, media owners, editors, students - a chance to broaden their scope by mutually visiting each other for 5 days/5 nights and work on a joint project, sharing their practices of diversity inclusiveness in media content. They may also evaluate existing media products, training tools or case studies with the aim of including diversity and non-discrimination in design and production of media content.</span><span style="color:blue;font-family:"Tahoma","sans-serif""></span></p>

In latter case they can already apply together. Having found an exchange partner, the two partners will be asked to fill in a joint work proposal which is the first step of the process to prepare an exchange.
