The stumbling block is the "what if" factor in &nbsp;".... what would happen if two DAB&nbsp;frequencies were simply given to community radio ...."<BR>Not technically precise, but I know what you mean.<BR>Now try getting that past idea HMG, Ofcom and the big Mux owners!<BR>
