what they have called a &#8216;Policy&#8217; to &nbsp;limit CR to 25 Watts ERP.
The restriction is real and affects many stations outside of remote parts of <st1:country-region
w:st="on">Wales</st1:country-region> and <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place
 w:st="on">Scotland</st1:place></st1:country-region>. There are 21 stations
which have great than 25W ERP.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
