agree with nick to a certain extent. If your using music for a completely not
for profit way (at least in radio) then I dont see why stations should have to
pay, or at least as much as they have to.. It also seems to be very black and
white with not variation, and I can understand some peoples and stations
frustratation if they play alot of unsigned or locally based artists (and maybe
the only station doing it) yet are paying the same as a station up the road
doing something completely different. Frustrated more by the fact that their
local artists are not getting anything money wise..<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
