The important thing to realise here is that when you submit your CR Application, in it you say what you are going to provide.<BR>
You are awarded a licence on the basis of your offer, which is built in as as your "Key Committments".<BR>If you want to change them you negotiate with Ofcom.<BR>So, it's simple.<BR>
You keep to your promise - or you agree to change it.<BR>Basic busimess ethics, really?<BR>

<P class=ecxMsoNormal><FONT size=2 face=Arial><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">I was havin’ a peep at the toolkit ……… I noticed that a station called Rinse were in the proverbial for not hitting the key commitments on live’ broadcasts ……… this is a fascinating one as we have recently drifted slightly.</SPAN></FONT></P>

<P class=ecxMsoNormal><FONT size=2 face=Arial><SPAN style="FONT-FAMILY: Arial; FONT-SIZE: 10pt">ALL our programmes were live’ even some of the overnight ones, however, novelties wear off and circumstances bring people and organisations back down to earth with a bump !</SPAN></FONT></P>
