far as I know, *ALL* of your operation has to be charitable.<br>

Anything non-charitable (ie probably remotely commercial) and you won't
qualify.<br>

I have seen many organisations split into 2 in order to make one "wholly
charitable" despite the higher admin costs.<br>

As ever (and I'm going to sound like Nick sounding off here, but nowt wrong
with that!) the lawyers and accountants will make a few bob in setting it all
up and we'll be swamped in paperwork......<br>

(FWIW, I qualified as a Chartered A/Cin 1996..... doesn't mean that I like all

?? I know that we looked into it 7 years ago but the
process was a complete nightmare. Also, in 2004 I clearly remember that the
Charities commision simply had NO category for radio ….. it was almost as
