Find a good commercial producer who is willing to help.<BR>
Prepare a portfolio voicing existing and invented ads.<BR>
Offer some dry and some produced tracks.<BR>
Include specimen station promos and stabs.<BR>
List some of your target stations and Groups.<BR>
Find out the name of the Station Manager/Programme Controller/Sales Manager.<BR>
Call, speak personally, explain what you want to do and ask if you may send a sample and in what format.<BR>
Send it off and check within three days.<BR>
Be prepared to accept a lot of rejections but keep trying.<BR>
