release? That's their right unless a majority of members clearly indicates

far as I am concerned the Council has totally wimped out on something and really

realistic amount. Who can argue with a group that is asking for
<STRONG><U>ONE PER CENT</U></STRONG>? <BR>This '<STRONG><U>one per cent
of the licence fee</U></STRONG>' could capture the imagination of the news
media, and may lead to positive publicity for community media. We have
nothing to lose - but time is running out to make the most of this PR
promotion. Once the election is over, we join every other group who is
