of York Council's community arts team and I'm currently working with Libraries
and Heritage to set up a basic community media centre at the refurbished central

flexible rooms at the library as a makeshift TV studio and an adjacent (or a
room further away) as the gallery where the vision mixer will be. I've been told
that the best way to connect/network the rooms is using Cat 5 cabling on a
