and effective community based arts and media projects, Preston Community Arts
Project (Prescap) operates a highly successful full-time Community Radio project
in Preston. The radio station reflects all of Preston's many communities, and
gives everybody the chance to get their voice heard, and their message
across.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>A vacancy has arisen for a Youth Involvement
Officer to work within our community radio team, to lead the recruitment,
training, induction and support of young volunteers, working with them to create
broadcast material and facilitating young people’s involvement in all aspects of
the wider community radio project.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>You’ll be experienced in and committed to engaging
and working with young people, as well as excited about the opportunities
community radio can offer them. Your focus will be to ensure the benefits of
volunteering with community radio are available to all young people in
Preston.</FONT></DIV>
